Excellent, local East Texas Business! Why we decided to use Innovative Pest: they listen to where we want bug spray and where we don't, they don't do a ridiculous start being a customer fee, they answered all of my questions, they come on time, they have company vehicles (so I know who is on my property)$, they have flat rate fees, and overall great business! I called all of the pest control companies near our place, just call them! This business stood out, as the best! The pests are no longer an issue too!!!

So far, Innovative Pest Control has been friendly, professional, and prompt. Our salesman was Jack Bragg and our pest tech was Fabian Eurine. Both were great. Time will tell if we continue to recommend the service, but so far we've had a very good experience.

We moved into a newly constructed home. A few days later, we had ants! Innovative came out, gave us an overview of their services and prices, and did a quick spot treatment that day. Came back the following week for a more thorough job. Timely and professional. Not much more you can ask for.
